1 Ordering Rules

2 Services & Delivery

FixedMember provides Telegram growth services — operating as a trusted provider since 2018. Our services include:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on service type, order volume, and Telegram's platform conditions.
• Speed varies by number type. Iranian accounts deliver fastest to Iran-owned channels; US accounts work best with Iran/US-owned channels. Global services work with all ownerships.
• "Non-Drop" services include a refill guarantee as described in each listing. Normal member fluctuation (under 5%) is expected and not covered.
• "Force Add" method uses unofficial Telegram clients. By ordering these services, you acknowledge the associated risks.
• Service availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. Check the Services page for current information.

3 Orders & Processing

• All orders are processed automatically. Once submitted, an order cannot be modified.
• Drip Feed orders deliver in scheduled intervals. Don't exceed the service max per run and keep the interval above the service's start time.
• Mass Orders follow the format ServiceID|Link|Quantity. Incorrect formatting may cause failures that are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions (auto-likes on new posts) run until the set quantity or expiry date is reached.
• You are responsible for providing correct links and details. Orders with incorrect information will not be refunded.
• Channels/groups must be public during the entire delivery period unless the service explicitly supports private channels.
• Do not place multiple orders for the same link using the same service simultaneously.

4 Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds after deposit. All deposits and fund additions are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds are credited to your FixedMember balance only, never to the original payment method.
• Orders marked "Completed" are final and non-refundable.
• Cancellation is only accepted while an order is in "Pending" status.
• No refunds for: incorrect links, deleted/private channels during delivery, changes made to the channel, or orders violating these terms.
• Refill requests must go through the Refill page. Manual requests via tickets may be rejected.
• Disputes after a deposit may lead to account banning and service retraction.

5 Account & Security

• You are responsible for your account credentials. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for added security.
• Each user may operate one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
• Your API key is private. You are responsible for all orders placed through it.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud.
• Inactive accounts with zero balance may be removed after 12 months.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

6 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use FixedMember services for:

Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.

7 Limitation of Liability

• FixedMember is not affiliated with Telegram. We are an independent service provider.
• We are not liable for any issues Telegram may take against your channel, group, or account.
• Our service is for Telegram promotion only.
• We don't guarantee specific results, rankings, or retention rates beyond what is stated in service descriptions.
• Maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
• Service interruptions due to Telegram API changes or force majeure are beyond our control.

8 Resellers & Child Panels

• Child panel operators are responsible for their own end-users and must establish their own Terms of Service.
• FixedMember provides infrastructure only. We don't handle end-user support for child panels.
• Resellers must not misrepresent themselves as FixedMember without authorization.
• API and child panel access may be revoked if used to abuse our infrastructure.

9 Privacy Policy

Data Collection

• We never collect your IP address.
• We may ask for personal information such as email, name, and Telegram username for account purposes.
• We collect usage data to improve our service quality.
• We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Cookies & Tracking

• We use cookies and tracking technologies to improve your experience. You can refuse these cookies through your browser settings.
• We may use Google Analytics to analyze service usage. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

Data Protection

• We don't share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be processed on computers outside your area. By providing your information, you consent to this transfer.
• We aim to protect your data, but no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
• We may use third-party services to help operate our platform. They can access your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose it.
